If the client is still not satisfied after the first round of revisions, we will provide a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid. If the client cancels the project before any work has been started, a full refund will be provided. If we are unable to complete the logo design project due to unforeseen circumstances or any other reasons beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
